BIOGAS CNG

Biogas Project is always considered as only Biogas project but it is also a Organic Manure project of the same importance. Those who are aware about the process know that after production of gas the digesters are remain with slurry. This digested material is nothing but the best organic manure.

So first Biogas, after refining and compressing it, it is used as a fuel in industries where higher temperature is require ranges from 700–1400 degree centigrade. So where ever gas is used as a fuel with minimum changes one can use Biogas, now it is Compressed Biogas. Compressed Biogas is having methane purity ranges from 90–94 %. It is having calorific value of 8500 kilo calorie per cubic meter. We are supplying Biogas to AMUL.

Organic manure, as you are aware that because of use of chemical fertilizers lands are becoming barren and becoming less fertile. Our prime minister has started mission on using organic manure and now many states are declaring or going to declare themselves as organic states. Looking to it the demand of the organic manure is going to be too good and hence the second product will also make this project most viable in terms of economy. We are manufacturing organic manure on the brand name of Sundar Organic (Solid Organic Manures), Sundar 108 (Liquid Organic Manures).

More on this you must be aware that Central Govt. has given permission for Surface Transport, means this Biogas can be filled in vehicles also, which is going to be an added advantage for business.

Risks:

The only risk involved in this project is availability of raw material. If raw material is not available in proper quantity throughout the year then production of gas as well as organic manure is difficult.
